I offer vital support during the emotionally challenging process of marital separation. These services include individual counseling for adults and children, providing a safe space to process feelings of grief, anger, and loss. These services aim to promote healing, assist in the transition to a new life chapter, and help individuals and families rebuild stability and well-being post-divorce.
I focus on addressing the unique challenges children and adolescents face in their academic and social environments. My services include individual counseling, school-based interventions, and group therapy, aimed at supporting students struggling with issues like anxiety, academic stress, peer relationships, and behavioral problems. I work closely with parents, teachers, and school counselors to develop tailored strategies that promote emotional resilience, improve coping skills, and enhance academic performance.
My services often include individual counseling, group therapy, and school-based programs that teach coping strategies, resilience, advocacy, and empathy. I help victims rebuild self-esteem and manage the emotional impact of bullying. For those who engage in bullying, interventions aim to modify aggressive behavior and improve social skills. By fostering a supportive environment and promoting positive peer interactions, these services help reduce the prevalence of bullying and its long-term psychological effects.
I provide essential support to individuals experiencing the profound emotional pain that accompanies losing a loved one. I offer a safe space to express emotions, process the stages of grief, and develop coping strategies. Access to these services can help individuals navigate the complexities of grief, ultimately fostering healing and adjustment to life after loss.
Addressing relational aggression focuses on helping individuals understand and manage the subtle, often covert behaviors that harm social relationships, such as gossip, exclusion, or manipulation. For children and adolescents, therapy can be particularly effective, providing education and support to reduce relational aggression and promote positive social dynamics.
I can help individuals navigate the complexities of their interpersonal connections. My services help clients explore communication patterns, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional bonds. By providing a safe space for open dialogue, these services aim to enhance understanding, foster healthier interactions, and support the development of fulfilling and resilient relationships, whether romantic, familial, or platonic.
