A significant portion of my practice is dedicated to helping clients manage anxiety and depression. These conditions can be overwhelming, affecting every aspect of a person’s life, from relationships to work. By fostering self-awareness and encouraging proactive steps, I assist clients in regaining control over their emotions and improving their overall quality of life.
Life transitions—such as career changes, the loss of a loved one, or significant family dynamics—can lead to heightened stress levels and emotional turmoil. I specialize in supporting individuals through these challenging periods, offering a safe and empathetic space to process emotions and explore new coping strategies.
I work with clients who struggle with intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. These conditions often carry a heavy emotional burden, including feelings of shame and isolation. My therapeutic approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, aimed at reducing the distress associated with these thoughts and behaviors.
Understanding the impact of trauma is essential in my work as a therapist. I am trained in trauma-informed care, which means I approach every client interaction with an awareness of the potential effects of past trauma. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore and process their experiences without re-traumatization.
